Responsibilities
- Welcome patients to the dental office
- Prepare dental operatories for patient arrival ensure all instruments, materials and equipment are ready
- Prepare patients for treatment ensuring their comfort
- Sterilize instruments according to regulations
- Assist the dentist
- Manage the clinic\'s inventories and equipment maintenance
- Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Keep the dental room clean and well-stocked
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payment procedures
- Answer phone calls, reply emails and answer enquiries
- Min GCE \'N,O,A\' Levels or Diploma
- Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
