Oasis Dental Centre is a brand new, beautifully renovated clinic in Parkway Parade. We are located on the ground floor next to the taxi stand, with floor-to-ceiling windows for a bright and airy working environment. We are looking for responsible, motivated individuals to build a friendly and supportive team. Interns who are interested in learning about dentistry for application to dental or medical school are welcome to join us! Our managing director has experience in coaching applicants in personal statements, interviews, and school selection. A minimum of 4 months commitment is required, do reach out to us if this sounds interesting to you!

• Front desk and Cashier duties as needed
• Attend to all patients’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner (mode of inquiries: walk-in, phone, emails, LiveChat, website appointment requests, WhatsApp and etc.)
• Ensure the comfort of patients throughout treatment
• Assists our dental surgeons efficiently in all clinical and dental treatment
• Take notes from the dentist as per dictation for patients records
• Prepare materials, dental instruments, and equipment as required
• Processes contaminated instruments and equipment in accordance with practice procedures
• Ensure a high standard of infection control and sterilization
• Ensure dental surgery health and safety policy are adhered to
• Maintains appropriate level of supplies in the treatment rooms and sterilization area
• Other related duties include casting models and handling lab cases
• Use Plato Patient Management System and office software efficiently (training will be provided)
