Job Description
Our client is currently looking for a Dental Biller to help the team in achieving their business goals by providing excellent services and helping them in their day-to-day tasks in ensuring the accuracy of patient accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Entering data using the dental management software
- Generating reports for all activities
- Posting payments made by patients
- Following up on non-paid insurance claims
- Managing the late payments and overdue accounts
- Processing insurance payments and refunds
- Uploading completed insurance verification forms
- Monitoring weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to confirm payments from clients and insurance companies
- Verifying the patient’s health insurance benefits
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in the healthcare/dental and/or insurance industry
- 1-2 years’ experience working in the BPO industry
- With excellent English oral and written communication skills
- With strong phone and customer service skills
- The person must be keen to learn and develop their computer
