You will be responsible for the overall management and smooth operations of the dental clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and providing leadership to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations
Lead, supervise, and support the clinic team to ensure efficient daily operations.
Oversee stock management, ordering, and invoice processing.
Conduct and facilitate team briefings and meetings.
Facility Management
Ensure the clinic facility is well-maintained, safe, and clean.
Coordinate staff rosters for cleaning and facility checks.
Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) and other regulatory requirements, including licenses, insurance, and maintenance schedules.
Human Resource Management
Manage payroll, leave, and staff benefits.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinic staff.
Conduct regular staff assessments and development initiatives.
Project & Business Management
Support marketing and business development projects.
Manage ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
At least 3-5 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare/clinical/dental management.
Prior HR and/or operations management experience is an advantage.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
