We are looking for a

Dental Concierge

who will not only be the first point of contact for our patients but also play an important role in guiding them through their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for patient enquiries via

phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media

. Provide prompt and professional assistance to all patient queries. Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups efficiently. Welcome and assist patients during their visit, ensuring they feel

comfortable, informed, and well cared for

.

Present and explain treatment plans

to patients in a clear and empathetic manner, helping them understand their options, estimated costs, and next steps. Support the dental team by coordinating appointments, financial arrangements, and treatment schedules. Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure smooth communication between patients and clinicians. Uphold Gentle Smile's service standards and contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and professional demeanour. Prior experience in

customer service, hospitality, or dental/medical front office

preferred. Comfortable with patient consultations and discussing treatment plans confidently (training will be provided). Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in handling digital communication tools and patient management systems. A genuine passion for patient care and service excellence.
