Job Responsibilities:


To support the dental team in carrying out basic dental treatments such as oral health maintenance, scaling and polishing, fluoride and root planning To conduct initial oral assessments and review patients' medical histories To educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral care advice. Maintain a clean and sterile work environment in compliance with infection control policies and procedures.
Requirements:


Diploma in Oral Health Therapy or equivalent qualification recognised by the Singapore Dental Council At least 2 years of experience preferred Proficient in clinical skills CPR certification Maintain high infection control standards Maintain good customer relations with patients/parents, and referring dentists Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Good team player who is able to work independently and willing to accept constructive feedback * Experience in management of feedback and service recovery.
