Job Description

:

• Provides accurate and basic information about to Partner Clinics by answering questions and requests thru calls, emails, text messages and clinic appointments
• Educate patients by giving oral hygiene measures, plaque control instructions, aligner care home instructions, and providing members of time of next clinic visit with supervision of Dentist.
• Documents and accurately reports to Clinical team aligner dates of installation, patients journey of treatment, complaints while wearing the aligners, and other related issues
• Assist In-house Doctor scheduling clinic visits as required and requested by Clinic partners
• Able to effectively demonstrate and perform Intra-oral scanning for patients with supervision and permission of Clinic Partners
• Demonstrate proper care of the aligner, other related orthodontic appliances to partner clinics, and their patients during clinic visits and orientation
• Documents all dental histories, diagnostics provided by Clinic partners and charting patients records to report to Dentist
• Must know the use of other dental equipment like X-rays, basic hand-instruments, oral scanners, dental chairs, etc.
• Creating a safe environment while performing demonstrations to Clinic Partner and patients
• Collaborates, reports and check all task with In-house Doctor.
• Schedule appointments and correspondence to Sales Team

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in Dental Technology, Dental Health Maintenance, Infection Control, Chairside and Bedside manner
• Must be a team player with good communication skills

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to Php22,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
• Overtime pay

Experience:

• Dental Health Maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
• Dental Hygienist: 2 years (Preferred)
