Dental Nurse
Job Description
: Greet patients and visitors with a positive & helpful attitude Assist patients with their dental appointments Ensure a smooth and seamless experience for the patients Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail Handling patients' insurance claims Handling transactions Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures. Assisting dentists in managing the clinical treatment of patients Performing administrative duties Provide excellent customer serviceJob Requirements: Strong interpersonal and good communication skills Customer orientated, teamplayer & responsible Possess pleasant personality Fluent in English Training will be provided 5.5 days per week, no shift
