Key Responsibilities
oversea day to day clinic operations
lead, mentor and manage a multi disciplinary dental team
drive patient satisfaction and ensure top quality service delivery
monitor KPIs, budgets and clinic performance
ensure regulatory compliance[ MOH, infection control, etc}
manage and scheduling patient flow, and resource allocation
lead marketing initiatives and grow patient base
Requirements
min 6 years experience in dental practice management
strong leadership and team building skills
excellent communication and organisational abilities
financial and business acumen
knowledge of dental software and practice management systems
ability to multitask and problem solve in a fast paced environment
