Department Manager, IIT (RCD)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage department performing IT and networking related maintenance and projects
Responsible and ensure contractual Service Level Agreement satisfy or exceed customer requirements/expectations.
Manage a team of Service Delivery Managers (SDM) and their Engineers
Managing a departmental financial.
Contribute to Business Proposals to customers

Job Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields; preferably related to IT or with the relevant experiences.
Experience in Hardware and Software maintenance.
Good thinking skills with creative in providing solutions to IT or network issues independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Location: Ang Mo Kio
Singaporean only
