Department Manager (Measurement Services)

Oversee all the functions of the calibration department
Achieve sales order targets from both Defence and non-defence sectors
Provide leadership and guidance to all the staff in the department, and work together with team leaders to implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
Implementation of digitization strategies for increasing productivity and profitability (including test automation and operational dashboard)
Build a team with operational excellence to meet customer\'s quality and service level assurance requirements
Expand our accreditation capabilities in all measurement areas
Manage all manpower, equipment and facility resources in the department

Job Requirements

Engineering degree is preferred
Proven at least 5 years business operations experience in test and measurement industry.
Preferably with experience in calibration and testing industries
Excellent in negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills and able to relate to local and overseas customers and consultants at senior levels
Occasional travelling may be required
Singaporean only
Possess Class 3 Driving License and own vehicle
Location: Ang Mo Kio
