To assist the Department Head to develop the framework for the corporate management system, and coordinate across all the Functional Departments to standardize company\xe2\x80\x99s rules & regulations.
Gathering and analyzing the data based on the company\xe2\x80\x99s performance appraisal policies for Managements, Subsidiaries and Functional Departments.
Conduct market research and systematically collect and summarize the construction market information for the Management to make decisions.
To identify the benchmark companies from industry, and carry out consistent monitoring and learn from their successful management experience and competitive advantages.
Responsible for planning and implementing the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media platform and write effective marketing content to achieve social media campaign objectives.
Liaise with Beijing HQ effectively, take charge of processing of incoming correspondences, distribution, follow-up, and response.
Preparing the important reports to Beijing HQ, including annual operations review, performance appraisal reports etc.
Skills and Specifications
Degree in any discipline, background with economics, construction management, business administrations or real estate is an advantage.
Good command of both English and Chinese is a must, with excellent proficiency in written Chinese (In order to liaise with the Chinese speaking associates)
At least of 10 year of related working experience
Good communication and presentation skills
Multi-tasking ability, resourceful and creative
Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point.
