Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the department meets its sales targets by sharing goals with the team.
• Control stock levels and product availability to boost sales.
• Plan and manage sales, especially for promotional items.
• Create weekly rosters and manage staff hours based on promotions and seasonal needs to control labor costs.
• Train team members through hands-on learning and special projects.
• Ensure products are well-organized, clean, and properly displayed to create a pleasant shopping experience.
• Handle any additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail industries.
• Able to work 6 days a week with rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to stand for long hours and enjoy interacting with customers.
• Able to carry products weighing 10-15 kg.
