Job Description


The Product Manager is a senior management level position responsible for managing a broad range of Product Management employees, setting strategy and providing direction, leadership and budgetary management, etc. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the development of product plans, strategies, and tactics while coordinating product lines through product life-cycles in coordination with the broader Product Management team. The overall objective of this role is to coordinate the promotion of products to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.

Responsibilities:

  • Driver to overall Deposits & Payments product from product & business development aspect
  • Manage and develop Deposits and/or Payments propositions from end-to-end, i.e. system, business strategies, plan execution and growth
  • Manage and provide product support for all transactional & product related functions across CASA, Time Deposits & Payments
  • Product Portfolio Performance Analysis; including Local market competitors\xe2\x80\x99 offering and performance
  • Quarterly Reporting to Regional, Global & MAS
  • Engage segments, branches, acquisition channels, marketing and decision management to drive portfolio growth in terms of deposits balances & revenue
  • Ensure prompt management across ABS Industry payment asks
  • Customer Experience Management and complaints resolution
  • Product Incident and Fraud Management
  • Liaise with Operations teams on product maintenance and controls
  • Engage with IT, ebusiness, Ops and all relevant stakeholders for projects. Work with Technology & Ops in conducting UAT for system enhancements
  • Work with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure that regulatory requirements are met
Qualifications:
  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience managing across multi-function and/or global business
  • Functional experience in marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, or analytics
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Education:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
