We are currently recruiting for a Depot Tank Coordinator to join our Operations team.Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk- liquid chemicals and food-grade products. With a fleet of more than 45,000 tank containers, STC is the only operator with its own worldwide network of 22 owned and joint venture depots. Working closely with our customers and vendors, you will provide customers with excellent service. Your expertise ensures that we will continue to set the industry benchmark for seamless and efficient operations.Key Responsibilities

• Laden tank SAP updating
• Laden tank SAP updating for GR (Goods Received) / GI (Goods Issue) tanks movements
• Conterm updating for tank movement status
• Preparation of laden tank EIR doc, B/L, Cofa and other documents
• To update & obtain SES number for all Laden tank invoices (from SAP system)
• To report Depot Manager on any improper procedures and arrangements made for investigation and corrective actions
• Scanning / filing of the documents
• Backup for Operations Coordinator
• Assist the Admin Manager to handle any other administrative work in the office

Qualifications

• Nitec in Business Administration or related discipline / GCE \'O\' Level with 2 years of relevant experience
• Preferably with 2 years of working experience in handling Operations & administration work
• Able to liaise with customers & truckers
• Preferably with knowledge and experience in SAP
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Words
• Willing to working in Jurong Island (Company transport is provided at designated pickup point)
