Demonstrate and reinforce leadership behaviors to inspire Staff, Supervisors, and Managers in delivering excellent QSC standards.
Conduct interviews, OJEs (On-the-Job Evaluations), and training for Restaurant Managers based on district needs and business goals.
Support, coach, and consult to ensure assigned restaurants are adequately staffed to maximize sales potential and operational efficiency, while reducing employee turnover.
Educate and enforce HR policies, labor laws, security, and safety procedures across all levels of staff.
Provide coaching, development, recognition, and support to restaurant employees at all levels.
QSC / Sales Building
Protect Takagi Ramen's brand by ensuring restaurants meet company QSC, safety, and sanitization standards.
Coach and guide Restaurant Managers on critical systems to consistently achieve high QSC results.
Represent the company's interests within the community and support the execution of market-wide promotions.
Business Results
Analyze available data to identify opportunities and risks, and build business plans to optimize district market potential.
Support and guide staffing strategies to ensure competent teams and Restaurant Managers are in place.
Develop, manage, and control district budgets effectively to achieve business targets.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service focus.
Familiarity with food handling, safety, and restaurant operational guidelines.
Open to work night shifts when required.
Preferably able to start work immediately.
