Job Description
We are seeking a
Deputy Centre Leader
to join our leadership team in a large preschool setting. The Deputy Centre Leader will assist the Centre Leader in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the centre and the delivery of high-quality programmes aligned with ECDA standards.Key Responsibilities:
Support the Centre Leader in planning, operations, and staff management Oversee curriculum quality and pedagogical standards across 10 classes Mentor and coach teachers to enhance classroom practices Foster strong partnerships with families and the community Ensure compliance with ECDA licensing, safety, and SPARK requirements
Requirements:
ECDA-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE-T) ECDA L2 certification Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, including 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership (DECCE-L) preferred
