Job Description

Job PurposeThis role will be reporting to the CEO of Stellar Ace. The incumbent will support the CEO of Stellar Ace to drive Stellar Ace and Outdoor growth plans and oversee corporate governance for the long-term success of the company.ResponsibilitiesRevenue Strategy Development

• Formulate and execute comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with the Company\'s long-term objectives.
• Identify and develop new revenue streams and business opportunities within the media and advertising sector.

Sales Leadership

• Lead the sales team by setting revenue targets, creating sales strategies, and ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Regularly review and adjust sales and operational strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.
• Implement incentive programs to motivate and reward the sales force for achieving revenue goals.

Client Acquisition & Retention

• Develop strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, particularly high-value accounts.
• Engage directly with major clients to build and maintain strong relationships and secure long-term contracts.
• Personally manage relationships with key accounts and high-profile clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying upselling opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and deals that maximize revenue while maintaining client satisfaction.

Product Innovation

• Oversee the development of new advertising products and services that meet market demand and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure continuous improvement and innovation in the Company\'s offerings.

Market Expansion

• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, including geographic expansion and new media platforms.
• Develop and execute entry strategies for new markets to ensure successful penetration and growth.

Pricing & Packaging

• Create competitive pricing strategies and attractive packages that meet client needs while maximizing revenue.
• Continuously review and adjust pricing models to remain competitive in the market.

Financial and Compliance Oversight(A) Financial Management

• Work with the Finance Team to seek realistic revenue forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor financial performance against forecasts, ensuring adherence to budgets and taking corrective actions as needed for cost management of the top-line and bottom-line.

(B) Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure the company complies with industry regulations and standards, and internal policies.
• Identify and manage risks to the business, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and the competitive landscape.
• Adapt strategies to leverage new opportunities and mitigate threats to revenue.

Leadership and Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop senior management and key staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement training programs for the sales and operations teams to enhance their skills and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Work Experience

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years in senior leadership roles and proven ability to manage P&L business.

• Preferable with working experience in property, retail, media, or marketing environment.
