Conduct technical reviews to ensure compliance with project specifications and requirements.
Coordinate activities with subcontractors in accordance with project schedules and contract terms.
Manage the project budget and expenditures to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Manage and allocate all on-site resources effectively.
Oversee workplace safety to ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor construction quality to ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.
Monitor construction progress against the project timeline and implement corrective actions as needed.
Negotiate with relevant parties (e.g., clients, subcontractors, suppliers) to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Develop and manage work schedules to ensure project plans are executed effectively.
Prepare regular reports to track project progress, costs, and key metrics.
Prepare tenders and contract bids.
Supervise the on-site labour force to ensure all operations comply with established standards and regulations.

Requirements:
8 Years experience as Deputy Construction Manager OR at least 8 years or More as civil engineer.
Able to Issue and Approve PTW
Degree in Civil Engineering (Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the BCA
This requires a practical understanding of Singapore's key construction regulations, including the Building Control Act for structural integrity, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act for on-site safety, and quality benchmarks like BCA CONQUAS. It ensures all work is legally compliant, safe, and meets industry standards.
Must be a team player with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of management.
