[Key Requirements] Knowledge and Experience: 1. At least 10 years experience of assisting manager/leader in providing system infrastructure implementation projects and support. 2. Significant experiences and knowledge with network archtect (SD-WAN, Cisco, Paro Alto) 3. Has general knowledge and experiences on IT technology and infrastructure. 4. Has specific knowledge with the arechtecture of cloud network solutions for business requirements. 5. Has experiences of business promotion and proposal for customers. Cloud platform: Microsoft Azure, M365, AWS, OS: Windows Server(2008,2012,2016,2019), Red hat Enterprise Linux, Network devices: Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, A10,

General business skill: 1. Good verbal and written communication and presentation, negotiation skill in English and Japanese in order to communicate with Japanese customer and technical documents translation from Japanese to English.

2. Hands-on individual contributor and be able to lead and guide vendor, and work with local and offshore team. 3. Good technical knowledge of system applicatons as primary practice area, with knowledge in supporting technologies driving infrastructure projects and operations. 4. Managing project with positive attitude, technical, creative, and able to work under pressure and independently. 5. Should have sense of ownership, urgency and self-motivation. 6. Able to travel on short notice according to requirements

[Key Responsibilities] 1. Assist the department management in leading the members responsible for providing IT infrastructure desgin, implementation and operation management. 2. Lead in the development and implementation of IT infrastrcture to improve customer\'s environment. 3. Perform in establishing service level agreement following Japanese particular requests and ensure that these agreed levels of system operations are met. 4. Deliver excellent level of technical resolutions related to cloud services (AWS, Azure. M365). 5. Manage IT infrastructure-related projects (e.g., technology upgrades, new hardware and software deployments, cloud migration).
