[What the role is]
The Corporate Communications Division seeks to position and brand NEA as the national agency that effectively maintains and enhances Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s clean living environment, safeguards high public health standards, and provides authoritative weather and climate services. The Division seeks to foster public understanding of NEA\'s initiatives and issues through publicity, events, and campaigns. It is also the guardian of the NEA corporate brand and image.

[What you will be working on]

The Corporate Branding Department drives and implements NEA\xe2\x80\x99s corporate branding strategies, online communications and content development. The Deputy Director is the head of this department under the Corporate Communications Division. Key responsibilities will include the following:

Lead the development of corporate branding strategies and implement corporate identity policies, and develop corporate collateral to ensure consistent application of the NEA brand.

Establish and maintain corporate online communications and social media strategies and policies, to ensure consistent deployment and usage of platforms that support the effectiveness of NEA\xe2\x80\x99s public communications outreach efforts.

[What we are looking for]

A degree in Mass Communications or relevant discipline including public relations, journalism, branding and advertising.

Minimum 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in corporate communications or marketing communications, with minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership/managerial role.

Working knowledge of the communications industry, digital marketing strategies and channels.

High level of commitment to producing quality work and effective outcomes.

Good analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure good project management.

Resourceful and a creative thinker with ability to imagine possibilities and innovate solutions.

Strong leadership skills with capacity to motivate a team of senior communications professionals, and engender collaboration within and across teams.

Calibrated and effective communication with different stakeholder groups.

Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.
