What the role is:You drive and develop the overall Research and Technology (R&T) Strategy of Dual-Use Critical Emerging Technologies (CETs) such as Microelectronics, Quantum, and Artificial Intelligence to meet SAF/MINDEF needs.What you will be working on:You develop a strategy to build up sovereign capabilities, improve resilience of access to these technologies, and build up the portfolio and network of dual-use technology providers. In addition, you will be in charge of coordinating with national efforts and advancing MINDEF\'s R&T efforts in CETs with deep tech start-ups, Small-Medium Enterprises, and Large technology companies globally.What we are looking for:You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 12 years\' work experience in technology development, technology policy or technology management. Possession of strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, time management and analytical skills is essential. You should be a highly motivated individual and good team player who is able to work under pressure.
