• Lead high performance teams in developing a digital transformation roadmap for SP Group businesses.

Implement and champion modern engineering practices (Secure CI/CD, DevSecOps) to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.Oversee the adoption of cloud-based architectures and tools to enhance scalability and agility.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the engineering team.Identify and implement new technologies and methodologies to drive competitive advantage.What you\'ll need:

• +10 years of experience leading engineering teams through digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing cloud-based system architectures and DevSecOps practices.
• Deep, hands-on programming and architecture skills with demonstrated willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong understanding of modern software development methodologies.
• Passionate about building high-performing engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
