This role reports to the Director of Enterprise Academy. In this role, you will design, shape and implement a holistic, human centric, evidence-based employee experience engagement (EX) strategy that is in line with the employee value proposition and employer brand, and meets employee's needs and organisation's goals.
Applying leading practices in behavioural insights, design thinking, user and service design practices, you will analyse inputs and synthesise these into insights to effectively diagnose organisational focus areas and design target interventions that shapes EnterpriseSG's future workplace, enhancing culture, connection and driving sustainable change that enhances both performance and employee experience.
You will oversee the design and implementation of transformational OD interventions, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with executive and senior leadership team to effect transformation and culture building at scale.
[What you will be working on]
Principal Accountabilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive, intentional EX Engagement strategy in line with EnterpriseSG's culture building and Public Service transformation agendas
Lead the employee engagement team, providing strategic oversight of agency-wide engagement initiatives, employee experience programmes, and culture measurement frameworks to foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace environment across EnterpriseSG
Design, manage and implement EX programs and activation initiatives that enhance the social, emotional, and physical components of the workplace, such as wellness and wellbeing, employee recognition and awards, Townhalls, Retreats etc
Employ innovative ways to analyse and measure impact of EX programs and activations such as Employee Engagement, Evaluation surveys etc and use these insights to inform enhancements or creation of new initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Design the end-to-end life cycle of employees - from onboarding to offboarding to ensure a seamless and positive experience coherent with the employee value proposition, organisational brand and culture, and work closely with internal HR departments to drive change
In line with culture transformation and building efforts, lead complex change management initiatives involving multiple internal HR teams to effect change in Policies, Processes and Systems
Design new structures and systems to embed and ensure sustainable adoption of new organisational practices and behaviours as part of culture transformation
Partner with Executive and Senior Management to diagnose organisational challenges, develop strategic solutions, and implement enterprise-wide interventions that drive performance excellence
Pioneer innovative approaches to organisational design, workplace transformation, and hybrid work models, positioning EnterpriseSG as a leader in future-ready organisational practices
[What we are looking for]
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in culture building and employee engagement, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
Track record of leading culture building and transformation initiatives at scale
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with managing complex, concurrent projects and large-scale event activations
Advanced degree in Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certifications in Learning Design, Organisation Development / Change management methodologies and Events highly advantageous
Experience in partnering with C-suite executives and senior government officials, with deep understanding of public sector dynamics and governance requirements
Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organisational levels, including Board and executive leadership
