Overview:

• Conceptualized a membership programme for its residents in the Central-North region. The goals of the programme are to:
• Develop a lifelong relationship with residents enrolled with company under Healthier SG.
• Create mindshare in Central North residents that company is their Regional Health Manager.
• Encourage stickiness to company network and drive preventive health behaviours through financial levers .
• Through these innovative programmes, we can create lasting impact on the health of our residents.
• You will report to the Director, Accountable Care Strategy and carry out the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the membership programme to drive preventive health behavior.
• Design all aspects of the program to maximize member outcomes.
• Assemble and manage a panel of providers and merchants to support the programme\xe2\x80\x99s benefits.
• Develop end-to-end work flows and systems related to the programme, including membership sign-up, fee collection, benefits delivery, program performance, budget adherence, and general reporting.
• Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and time goals.

Requirements:

• Recognized degree, preferably in a business or quantitatively-driven major.
• 7 years of work experience, with significant knowledge in leading design and operations of products and services involving high transaction volume with retail customers (e.g. loyalty programmes, banking and insurance products).
• Experience in partnerships and vendor management.
• Strong process and systems thinker, with focus internal/external user experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and business analytics, including use of data visualization tools, basic statistical methods and reports.
• Motivated, independent team player, and able to work well with multiple stakeholders.
• Able to navigate complex systems.
• Creative problem solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
