Conceptualized a membership programme for its residents in the Central-North region. The goals of the programme are to:
Develop a lifelong relationship with residents enrolled with company under Healthier SG.
Create mindshare in Central North residents that company is their Regional Health Manager.
Encourage stickiness to company network and drive preventive health behaviours through financial levers .
Through these innovative programmes, we can create lasting impact on the health of our residents.
You will report to the Director, Accountable Care Strategy and carry out the following responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage the membership programme to drive preventive health behavior.
Design all aspects of the program to maximize member outcomes.
Assemble and manage a panel of providers and merchants to support the programme\xe2\x80\x99s benefits.
Develop end-to-end work flows and systems related to the programme, including membership sign-up, fee collection, benefits delivery, program performance, budget adherence, and general reporting.
Work with agencies and cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and time goals.
Requirements:
Recognized degree, preferably in a business or quantitatively-driven major.
7 years of work experience, with significant knowledge in leading design and operations of products and services involving high transaction volume with retail customers (e.g. loyalty programmes, banking and insurance products).
Experience in partnerships and vendor management.
Strong process and systems thinker, with focus internal/external user experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and business analytics, including use of data visualization tools, basic statistical methods and reports.
Motivated, independent team player, and able to work well with multiple stakeholders.
Able to navigate complex systems.
Creative problem solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
