What You'll Do:

Engage with government agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver the capital investments and returns for our core regulated businesses in Singapore and support other unregulated/commercial projects Lead market research on regulatory policies and analyse regulatory developments in local and overseas markets Perform commercial review and returns analysis, review financial models and management papers/presentations to update and seek investment and budget approval Lead revenue and tariff scenario analysis and computation Formulate and articulate the Group's positions on regulatory policies by responding to public and industry consultations Support SP in multi-agency studies and special projects/initiatives Monitor and ensure timely completion of project deliverables Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members in the team

What You'll Need:

Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university Preferably 7 - 10 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in a utility or infrastructure industry, with some background in regulation, would be advantageous Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Strong sense of business and commercial acumen with good initiative as a self-starter Excellent communication and business writing skills Highly proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, some familiarity with programming tools, SQL and Power BI would be preferred
