ey Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop Process and Application Engineering teams across Singapore and regional sites. Define and drive process strategies that improve yield, UPH, and equipment capability. Oversee process characterization, validation, and optimization of new and existing equipment. Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to translate process requirements into equipment design enhancements. Direct application engineering activities, including machine demonstrations, customer trials, and process transfer. Provide technical leadership during customer integration, ensuring successful equipment qualification and performance results. Establish process documentation, DOE, SPC, and capability analysis frameworks to support continuous improvement. Represent the company as the technical authority in customer and partner discussions.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Materials, or Manufacturing Engineering. Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment process or application engineering, including at least 5 years in leadership. Strong background in SPC, DOE, and process capability analysis. Experience in die-sorting, laser marking, or vision inspection equipment preferred. * Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
