Deputy Director, Product Management

We are seeking a results-oriented

Deputy Director of Product Management

to lead and grow our product portfolio in the CCTV and surveillance sector. Based in Singapore, you will drive product strategy, vendor relationships, and market alignment to ensure our distribution offerings remain competitive and innovative. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong industry knowledge and a passion for delivering value through technology and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Provide Leadership to your team of Product Managers Monitor market direction, client satisfaction and product performance to develop product strategy, in alignment with company vision and goals Be responsible for the communication of all D-Ron's product strategy and roadmaps. Own the overall product success from vision, strategy, development, launch, and business performance. Work in a highly collaborative environment with Channel Sales, Marketing, Operations, Technical Services and Finance to ensure all stakeholders are in alignment with a winning strategy. Participate in product-related customer and sales meetings when necessary Incorporate innovative technology and strategic third-party suppliers in our product strategy and roadmap To drive a collaborated product gross profit quarterly target Own the overall product run-rate and stock movement and achieve company quarterly days of inventory target

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or related field. Savvy with industry trends and competitors. Knowledge proficiency about the CCTV industry with business acumen. Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience, including leadership in product management within the security, surveillance, or electronics distribution industry. Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely. Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market demands. * Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments.
