They must be creative and good at generating new and interesting angles for stories, social media posts, white papers, blogs, and other written assets. They must be able to write persuasively. In either case, our ideal candidate will bring a commitment to helping our clients connect with the right audience with the right message at the right time About you: 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in journalism, content marketing or publishing.Copywriting and advertising experience will also be considered. Strong writing and sub-editing skills. A rigorous devotion to grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary. The ability to write persuasively, craft arguments, and defend positions. Strong project and time management skills. Meticulous but punctual. Comfortable distilling complex material into a simple, concise copy geared towards specific stakeholder audiences. An understanding of content strategy and analytics and how they can be used to target audiences, manage campaigns, and optimize content. Ability to work effectively across a team and with clients from multi-regional cultural and linguistic backgrounds to generate and execute content plans. Independent and able to problem solve and provide client counsel on content-related challenges. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university. Knowledge and interest in tech and business. Government, sustainability, energy, industrials, utilities and infrastructure are also a plus. Experience working in audio or video formats is also a plus, but not a requirement. What you will be doing: Serve as counsel to clients on effective communications that will drive positive interactions with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, investors, regulators and government agencies, media, academic partners, NGOs, trade bodies, activists, etc. Lead an integrated team - including earned, digital, research and strategy - in creative ideation, story mining, and development of content that will be central to integrated B2B and B2G campaigns. Content will range from social posts to white papers and everything in between. Demonstrate writing excellence when crafting communications plans, press materials, thought leadership pieces, bylines, new business proposals, and internal and client correspondence. Mentor and cultivate stronger writing and research acumen among team members to level-up quality across all content regardless of format.
