Job Description

:

The incumbent will be part of the HR Partners and Shared Services team providing general human resource administrative functions support and serves as a touch point for human resource issues / practices and matters. Key responsibilities include the followings:

Employees record

• Create, maintain and update employees record in P-files/ HR system
• Assist to monitor and track contract renewals, confirmation appraisals, staff conversion and transfer
• Handle leave administration matter and related queries
• Prepare employment / HR related documentation
• Attend to all HR-related enquiries and request

General Administration

• Issue and distribute employee access card and temporary access card, insurance card, MOM card, name badge for new joiners
• Assist in posting of new-hire photo in intranet
• Update new hires and resignee listing to Departments/SNB/Nursing/Insurer monthly
• Generate retirement and reemployment letters
• Assist in offboarding administration and follow up
• Assist in flexible work arrangement matters

Reporting

• Process and generate monthly/ad hoc reports to various stakeholders

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource, Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience with at least 1 year in HR operations support
• Knowledge of Employment Act, Foreign Work pass procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Meticulous and ability to multi-task / work under tight timeline independently with minimum supervision
• Team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with all levels of staff
