Deputy General Manager
Our client in the F&B retail sector is hiring for a Deputy General Manager. In this position, you will manage daily operations across multiple outlets, drive business growth, and lead various initiatives to ensure operational excellence
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales through new outlet openings and optimize current operations.
Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and operational standards.
Analyse performance data to identify trends, address issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Serve as a key partner to the Executive Director, stepping in as a global leader when necessary.
Requirements:
Over 8 years in F&B or QSR operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing operations for at least 12 outlets, preferably in F&B/ Quick Service Restaurant sector
Strong strategic planning and outlet expansion expertise.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Hands-on, analytical, and goal oriented.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
