Job Description

Highlights:

• Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
• 5 days work week
• Hybrid mode arrangement
• 9am - 6pm
• Full set (AR AP GL), Financial reporting
• SAP R3 preferred

:

• Perform monthly financial closing tasks monthly to consolidate data.
• Prepare schedules related to POC (Percentage of Completion) projects, including balance sheet schedules
• Assist with the quarterly financial reporting to the head quarter
• Prepare financial monitoring report to provide insights into financial performance
• Prepare corporate income tax returns in coordination with a tax agent
• Provide support during various financial audits
• Handle additional tasks as assigned, which may vary depending on business needs
• Handle ad-hoc requests from managers and the headquarter
• Cover additional responsibilities in the absence of other Finance & Accounting staff members

Requirements:

• A Diploma and/or Degree in Accounting/Finance or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Strong working knowledge of accounting/general ledger/book-keeping
• Ability to organize and prioritize work and possess good time management skills
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word/Excel-know V look-up & pivot table)
• Experience in using SAP R3 is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and a good team player
• Able to communicate and work well with people at all levels
• Professional, independent, initiative and hands-on with a high level of commitment to deliver work on time
