About the client
We\'re currently working with a prominent and globally recognised client in the shipping and logistics industry. As the largest key player in the market with a strong global presence, they are known for providing reliable and innovative maritime and logistics solutions to customers worldwide. They are currently looking for a Deputy Manager HRBP to join their team.
Your Key Responsibilities Involve:
As a Deputy Manager, you will be collaborating closely with leaders on workforce needs, partner with institutions for talent sourcing, evaluate processes, conduct interviews, be involved in talent attraction and retention matters, oversee manpower planning, budgets, and metrics. You will also play an integral role in salary reviews and annual performance, stay updated on HR trends, and engage in surveys, union interactions, and projects.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree/Diploma in HR, Business or related with at least 8 years of relevant experience in similar industry.
- Possess good experience in sourcing via social media tools.
- Possess keen interest in talent acquisition and HR Management activities.
