The company focuses on asset enhancement, smart building technologies, and efficient facility operations across a diverse property portfolio. Lead and oversee Asset Enhancement and Sustainable Urban Renewal projects, focusing on upgrading and revitalising older buildings.
Develop comprehensive project briefs, design requirements, cost estimates, work plans and manage procurement activities for enhancement works.
Coordinate closely with consultants, suppliers, contractors and other external partners to ensure projects meet all timelines, budgets, quality standards, technical specifications and cross-disciplinary requirements.
Provide specialised technical guidance-particularly in Electrical systems, Controls and Building Automation-to internal Property and Facility Management teams to drive efficient and sustainable building operations.
Gather and consolidate sustainability-related data across the organisation, support annual ESG reporting, and prepare materials for quarterly Board meetings and other sustainability discussions.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or an engineering qualification recognised by the Professional Engineers Board.
At least 5 years of experience in the built environment sector, with hands-on involvement in asset enhancement, improvement works or retrofit projects for commercial, institutional or mixed-use buildings.
Strong knowledge of green building practices, M&E systems (especially electrical, controls, and automation), building materials and cost/contract management.
Broad understanding of industry players, construction practices, building materials, modern technologies and the use of contract documentation in construction projects.
Ability to perform basic financial return calculations and understand fundamental financial models.
Proven project management capabilities, including managing multiple ongoing initiatives and setting clear priorities.
Advantageous to have Energy Auditor credentials and/or practical experience with ACMV, BAS or related systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex issues from various perspectives and develop innovative solutions.
Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to anticipate future needs, interpret trends and work collaboratively with partners to navigate complex and evolving environments.
