Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Deputy Security Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our security services client. You will assist in manpower planning, site supervision, compliance checks, and client liaison to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing day-to-day security operations across assigned sites. Plan and coordinate manpower deployment to ensure adequate coverage. Supervise and motivate security staff to maintain service standards. Conduct site visits, inspections, and handle incident reports. Liaise with clients and address operational issues promptly. Ensure compliance with SOPs, licensing requirements, and regulations.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Security Management or related field (preferred). At least 5 years' security experience, including 2 in a supervisory role. Valid PLRD Security Officer Licence (Singapore). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends/public holidays.

Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,000.00 per month
