Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY (KPI) * Partner with Operations Manager to provide strategic and tactical advice to COO and Directors/CEO, create the strategic two-year plan and implement new processes and approach RESPONSIBILITY (KPI) Partner with Operations Manager to provide strategic and tactical advice to COO and Directors/CEO, create the strategic two-year plan and implement new processes and approaches to achieve it. Serve as the internal leader of the organization Drive the annual operations plan and KPI Achieve KPI: Total Sales per Month Customer $ per Total Sales Success Rate % Customer $ per New Sales Recurring sales $ Buddy Club Lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals for the organization Provide for all staff a strong day-to-day leadership presence bridge Outlet and Support functions Develop and Present Monthly OUTLET KPIs for Company's approval Coaching and mentoring Managers to develop and maximize their performance Leading the managerial staff in philosophy learning and application so as to enhance the team efficiency Execution and maintenance of Master List Handle Studio Manager Matters (commission / opening package / contra / inventory module) Involve in Recruit & Hiring Process Technology Maintenance Follow Up Enforcement in running down Unearned Revenue New Hire Sales Review & Progression Design, implement and training on new training modules Design and implementation of Promotions (outlets / marketing) Involvement in New Product / Technology development and pricing structure Ensure SOP compliance as per company's guidelines People Management (outlets /customers) Involved in all HOD meetings Housekeeping & Grooming standards compliance Analysis the P&L of the company's brand and to maximize the profit and minimize the waste. Any other duties/projects/tasks assigned to the Employee from time to time Requirements: Min Diploma in Business Admin/ Management Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint 10 years relevant working experience with proven KPI achievement in a similar industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to speak and read Chinese to converse with Chinese speaking clients Strong self-motivation Detail oriented Able to deliver results under pressure and in a dynamic working environment Work Conditions: Occasional evening and weekend work required to resolve issues and meet deadlines. Able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
