Job Responsibilities



Responsible for project team resource planning, training & development and retention. Plan and recruit Project Supervisors and/or workers as required for any given Projects. Develop, coach, guide and train the Project Supervisors and/or workers. Manage Half-yearly & yearly appraisal process for the project team for their career development. Responsible for timely execution of all assigned projects taking into consideration to its safety issues, quality, design, procurement, delivery, contractual, budgeting, schedule and resources. Ensure competent Supervisors and/or workers are assigned to the projects. Ensure project execution compliance in accordance to PQP. Manage all project stakeholders (Owners, Clients, Consultants, Subcontractors, Third Parties & Internal Team) for smooth project execution. Submission of timely Purchase Requisitions / Invoices on-time for issuing PO & payment to suppliers. Project Cost control (including site expenditure) to ensure profit margin for the projects. Ensure additional works are carried out with Variation Order Request approval from customer. Manage cash flow of the assigned projects by ensuring regular progress claims submission & approval relating to the work progress at site. Achieve all assigned projects' objectives (Project On time delivery, Project Cost less than the allocated budget etc.). Escalate any challenges to your immediate superior appropriately to resolve it on time. Conduct regular meetings with the Project Team on Project status update. * Other adhoc duties as assigned.
