• Manage technical operations and activities for building, civil, and infrastructure engineering projects, particularly for a Data Centre project.
• Provide engineering and planning services for tender and project support.
• Supervise the technical department and ensure smooth functioning.
• Oversee the design process and optimize designs within the assigned budget.
• Act as the main liaison between the clients, consultants, and authorities for design-related matters and submissions.
• Monitor and manage the submission and issuance of shop drawings.
• Coordinate with various departments to meet design requirements during the construction phase.
• Handle and resolve all technical queries and ambiguities in design details.
• Review and evaluate technical specifications and proposals from consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and practices in the workplace.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing technical operations and construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of design optimization and budget management.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Proficiency in overseeing the submission and issuance of shop drawings.
• Ability to effectively coordinate with multiple departments to meet design requirements.
• Experience in resolving technical queries and clarifying design details.
• Familiarity with reviewing and evaluating technical specifications and procurement proposals.
• Strong commitment to upholding workplace safety practices and regulations.
