Work With UsWe're a small, but mighty team that aspires to redefine Singapore's retail & dining experience at our boutique shopping malls.We're looking for a Marketing Executive who can drive traffic into our malls by creating both visual and written marketing content and promoting our tenants' offerings. So if you're quick with your wit and have an artistic flair, then show us what you've got and come join us!The JobResponsibilities will include the following, but not limited to:

• Create both visual and written social media & marketing content (e.g. posters, infographics, photos, social media posts, videos etc.) to promote our malls' events and tenants' offerings

• Manage our website & social media platforms by designing them inline with our branding, ensuring that information is updated, and posting regular updates

• Initiate events & ad campaigns to promote our malls & tenants

• Identify media & retail / F&B related partners to collaborate with for marketing opportunities

• Coordinate events by liaising with vendors & the media to ensure that they run smoothly

• Manage customer & tenant enquiries to resolve problems & collect feedback

• Develop and manage the marketing budget with specific goals

• Analyze marketing performance & traffic against set KPIs

• Monitor tenants' online & in-store presence and provide updates to the team

• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in Retail and F&B industry

The Must Haves

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing / related field OR experience in something creative as a designer, social media content creator, etc.

• Great command of English

• Well-versed with social media

• Proficient in graphic / poster design

• Creative with a strong sense of aesthetics

• Good communications skills

• Can-do attitude

• Passionate about the retail and F&B scene
