My client is a Maincon company, who consistently holds on to a Grade A1 contractor status and is classified as Class 1 General Building. The company has an extensive Construction portfolio, where it encompasses an impressive array of projects across various sectors, from institutional and civil infrastructure to commercial, retail, leisure, and residential developments.

Jobs Description

Design Coordination: Coordinate design drawings with consultants to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements set by the authorities.

Technical Problem Solving: Review technical problems within design drawings and provide effective solutions to address them. | Plan, monitor, and report on the progress of shop drawing production.

Technical Submissions: Prepare comprehensive technical submissions related to materials, construction methods, and C&S (Civil and Structural) shop drawings.

Construction Issue Resolution: Resolve construction issues identified within drawings, collaborating closely with Architectural and M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) teams. | Liaise with authorities to ensure all necessary approvals and compliance are met.

Supervision of BIM Modelers: Provide supervision and guidance to a team of BIM Modelers. | Oversee the production of coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
• Professional licensure or certification in engineering or related field is an asset.
• Proven 3 years experience in design coordination, technical problem-solving, and construction management within the Construction (ECP) sector.
• Be conversant in British & Singapore Design Standards
