We are currently representing a prominent architectural firm. They specialize in a wide range of projects, including infrastructure, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments. Known for its collaborative approach and attention to detail, the firm has garnered numerous awards and accolades for its iconic designs and contributions to the built environment. They are currently looking for a Design Architect.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting Feasibility Studies, Concept/Schematic Designs, Design Development, and Design Detailing.
-Coordinating with various teams to ensure the delivery of Design Intent.
- Collecting essential measurements, dimensions, and conducting routine calculations for design layouts.
- Offering clients appropriate design suggestions considering factors like budget, site specifics, and current design trends.
- Utilizing CAD software and manual drafting methods to create architectural plans for approval by management and clients.
- Refining and adjusting designs based on feedback from management and clients.
- Maintaining thorough documentation of all crucial information.
- Ensuring compliance with industry codes and legal standards in all layouts and blueprints.

Job Requirements:
- Holds a Degree.
- Possesses a minimum of 4-6 years of post-graduate professional experience in architectural design
- Advantageous to be registered with the Board of Architects Singapore
- Demonstrates a robust design portfolio showcasing a variety of infrastructure (railway/airport etc) design project experiences would be highly advantageous
- Has a proven track record of leadership within design teams
- Exhibits creative design thinking and exceptional design detailing skills
- Proficient in freehand sketches, as well as competent in BIM/Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office, InDesign, and basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.
