Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Architect at CT Smart Home Pte Ltd in Singapore. The Design Architect will be responsible for architectural design, software development, integration, and project management to deliver customized solutions that enhance living and working environments.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

Consult with potential clients to understand their construction needs and preferences Provide detailed insights into timelines, costs, and materials

Sales Process Management

Oversee the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract signing Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase solutions

Lead Generation and Networking

Develop and implement strategies to attract new business opportunities Build relationships within the residential construction community

Technical Expertise

Offer technical advice on construction methods and materials Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop tailored solutions

Marketing and Promotion

Drive marketing strategies to attract potential clients Organize promotional events, such as open houses and property exhibitions

Documentation and Compliance

Prepare and manage all necessary construction project documentation Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations

Customer Service

Provide exceptional support throughout the sales process Address client concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels

Qualifications and Skills

Education

Degree in Architecture, or a related field preferred

Experience

Prior experience in construction sales, project advisory, or a similar client-facing role is advantageous
