As a Design Associate, you will be responsible for creating and implementing visually compelling designs for a variety of channels for Zenith\'s primary school hybrid ecosystem, including:

• Digital (websites, social media, video, motion graphics, email campaigns)
• Traditional (OOH, merchandise, physical collaterals)

This role will be situated in a fast-paced, demanding, dynamic environment. You will be working with and receiving mentorship from a young and energetic team with strong industry, cross-functional, and international start-up experience.

\xef\xbb\xbfJob Responsibilities

• \xef\xbb\xbfDesign effective graphics, banners and layouts across various channels
• Collaborate closely with different functional teams to translate business objectives into creative output
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Keep up-to-date with design trends, media formats and platform requirements

\xef\xbb\xbfJob Requirements

• \xef\xbb\xbfDiploma in Communication Design or similar
• At least 0.5 years (includes any internship or apprenticeship) of work experience in any design or marketing capacity
• Possess a high-growth mindset with a strong bias towards action and strong communication skills.
• Software Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (ai, psd, ae, etc)
• Asana (good to have, but not a must)
• Social Media platforms
• Design Skills

• Graphic Design
• Video/Motion Graphics
• Illustration (good to have, but not a must)
• Content Creation (IG, FB, LinkedIn)
