A listed construction company that focuses on providing services on property development, investment, and interior finishing work.

- Coordinate design drawings with relevant consultant in compliance to the requirements of the authorities
- Review and provide solutions to technical problems as well as plan, monitor and report shop drawing production progress
- Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and Civil & Structural shop drawings
- Resolve construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with relevant teams and the authorities
- Supervise a team of BIM Modelers to produce coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans.
- Possess a Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with relevant design working experience with working contractors
- Preferably a Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
- Be conversant in British & Singapore Design Standards
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
