As a Design & Coordinator, Executive Engineer for our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction drawings with relevant stakeholders in Singapore:

My Client is a well-known MainCon company, who is one of the leading builder in Singapore. They worked on an extensive range of projects - Commercial, Industrial, Leisure, Residential, and Retail. The client ensures to incorporate sustainability, safety, and quality as part of their branding and service value.

• Coordinate design drawings with relevant consultant in compliance to the requirements of the authorities
• Review and provide solutions to technical problems as well as plan, monitor and report shop drawing production progress
• Prepare technical submissions for materials, construction methods and Civil & Structural shop drawings
• Resolve construction issues on drawings and liaise closely with relevant teams and the authorities
• Supervise a team of BIM Modelers to produce coordinated shop drawings and Concrete Body Plans.

The Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with relevant design working experience with working contractors
• Preferably a Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
• Be conversant in British & Singapore Design Standards
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
