Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepares and modifies schematic, detailed and production drawings
Develops solutions to technical & design problems following Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s established standards
Prepares 2D and 3D presentations / design drawings
Compiles data and performs elementary design computations
Required to participate in Client liaison, authority consultation, coordination with consultants and subcontractors, and attending design and construction meetings

Requirements:

To possess a Bachelor degree in Architecture/Construction/Engineering or equivalent
To have at least 1-2 years of related working experience in similar role
To have prior experience working as a Design Coordinator and/or CAD/BIM Operator
Proficient in designing Software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)

Work Location: Pasir Ris
