Design Engineer Electrical
Job Description
Responsibility
Design and development of automation equipment
Proficiency in Circuit Design
Cad Model: electrical parts, cable harness, system routing
Diagram: schematic, pneumatic, piping and instrumentation
Assembly: Electrical, cable, PCB, pneumatic
Fabrication of cable and harness and assembly
Prototype and test of electrical system
Proficiency in mechanical design
Geometrical tolerances
CAD: piece part, assembly, detailing
Simulation
Brainstorming with customer for development of automation equipment.
Design review with customers and team coordinators
Generate BOM and detailed and assy drawing to DCC.
Manage and scheduling design activities.
Maintain mechanical design related soft document and release hard copy to DCC.
Requirements:
Min Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Well verse in 3D design software
Minimum 3 years' relevant working experience as a design engineer in semiconductor automation equipment
Posses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
