Job Description

Design Engineer Primary Role Focuses on design, preparing presentation slides, and utilizing exceptional writing skills to effectively communicate project details. Processes 2-3 years experiences in civil & Infrastructure in construction and possess a creative flair for visual presentation and content creation. Responsibilities 1. Design: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to develop innovative and visually appealing designs for construction projects. Utilize CAD software and other design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, PowerPoint, & etc) to create detailed drawings, schematics, template, layout, design, artworks, and renderings. Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications. 2. Presentation Preparation: Develop compelling and professional presentation materials, including slides, brochures, videos, and visuals, to effectively communicate project concepts and progress. Gather and organize project data, technical information, and visuals to create engaging presentations. Tailor presentations to specific target audiences, ensuring clarity and impactful delivery of information. 3. Writing Skills: Write clear, concise, and persuasive project proposals, reports, and other documentation. Collaborate with various teams to gather project information and synthesize it into cohesive written materials. Ensure that all written materials adhere to organizational guidelines, branding standards, and industry best practices. 4. Research and Analysis: Conduct research to stay updated on the latest industry trends, design techniques, and construction methodologies. Analyse project requirements, specifications, and constraints to identify optimal design and construction solutions. Provide recommendations and contribute insights to project teams based on research and analysis findings. 5. Coordination and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design and presentation efforts with project goals. Participate in meetings, discussions, and design reviews to provide input, gather feedback, and ensure project objectives are met. Maintain effective communication channels to facilitate seamless collaboration among team members. Requirements Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Marketing Proven experience in design, visualization, presentation preparation within construction industry Profissioncy in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUP, Revit, Adobe Excellence written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and meet deadlines A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $2,451.32 - $3,500.00 per month Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 13/06/2023
