Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare submissions and clear authorities requirements which will include drawings, design calculations and report writing and other relevant material to meet the submission requirements.
Monitor and ensure the submission schedules are met
Preparation of tender specifications and documentations
Attend project meetings, site inspections and consultation session
Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, reports, and specifications to support project delivery
Ensure designs adhere to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Provide on-site support during construction and assist with problem-solving as needed
