Job Responsibilities

To respond and follow up on design requests through customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction
To design and/or prepare proposals, tenders, collaborating with Sales and Operations Teams to clinch projects
To take on special customized projects to clinch sales projects
To ensure information are properly handed over to Sales and Operations Teams to meet client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements and all installation compliance
To monitor project progress and coordination on equipment arrival logistics to ensure timely completion on projects
To assist Design Manager to perform any other related duties as required

Requirements

Degree in Architecture or equivalent
Preferably at least 2 years of working experience in design, landscape, architecture, or any related field
Software Skill(s): Revit, Autocad, Lumion, Sketchup, Photoshop, 3Ds Max.
Creative and has technical knowledge in basic construction design
Able to create design concept and narrative for Design Proposals
